These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Scribble platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Scribble provides an automated platform for generating and mailing AI-personalized, physically handwritten letters on behalf of businesses. The platform connects to your CRM, generates letter content using artificial intelligence, and routes jobs to a physical pen plotter for writing and mailing.
By providing your mobile phone number on the Scribble platform, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Scribble (888-265-1178) regarding your account. These messages include letter batch completion alerts, delivery status updates, and approval requests. This is a strictly transactional notification service — Scribble does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and keep it current.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to send letters containing unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the contact data you upload and the triggers you configure.
Use of the Service is subject to the fees in your account agreement. All fees are due as invoiced. Scribble may suspend access for non-payment. Fees for letters already printed or mailed are non-refundable.
The Package Notes product (also referred to as bulk handwritten inserts) is a separate service offered alongside Scribble’s personalized letter campaigns. Package Notes are bulk handwritten inserts shipped to you for inclusion in packages you ship to your own customers. They are not direct mail: they ship in bulk in plain boxes, without envelopes, without postage, and without individual recipient addressing. Using Package Notes as standalone mail, reselling them, or repackaging them as personalized correspondence is prohibited and may result in account termination. Package Notes pricing is auto-tiered by batch quantity for one-time orders and individually negotiated for subscription customers. A minimum batch size applies.
The Scribble platform, including its software, AI systems, automation workflows, prompts, and branding, are owned by Scribble. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your own business purposes. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying technology.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. SCRIBBLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY INSTANCE.
SCRIBBLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. SCRIBBLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days written notice. Scribble may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
